We at Red Apple Bath make it our top priority to deal with any issue that a customer may have in a reasonable and fair manner. Conditions of Sale & Product Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, a 15% restocking fee will apply. We do not accept returns after 30 days of the purchase date. The items must be in it’s original boxing/packaging and in original condition, unfortunately used items cannot be returned. Items that are purchased in volume (over 3 similar items) can not be exchanged or returned. Any custom made orders can not be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs for products on this website are non-refundable. Products shipped from Canada to the United States of America or International destinations might have customs or broker import fees which the customer is liable for. All goods remain the property of Red Apple Bath until full payment is received by the customer/purchaser. Shipping fees and brokerage charges involved in returning a product or exchanging it will be borne by the customer. We process all orders and refunds in Canadian funds funds if the order is placed in Canada. Any paid labor or installation costs or un-installation costs of any product are not the responsibility of Red Apple Bath.

Shipping Costs and Details

We reserve the right to change prices of our products at any time.

Every confirmed order that is placed with Red Apple Bath will be shipped within 2 days of receiving the order.  We use UPS and/or DHL 7 day delivery by land.  If you need your product quicker please contact us and we can provide an alternate means of transport (which may cost additional).  We can provide our customers with the tracking information for their product(s).

For our customer's convenience we have listed the shipping costs for certain products.  The shipping costs are as follows within North America:

Red Apple Bath Warranty

All warranty claims are handled directly by Red Apple Bath, unlike other companies that will send their customers directly to a manufacturer for warranty – we insure that our products are backed by the best in the industry. Red Apple Bath is here to listen to your concerns, so please contact us if you have any questions. All Red Apple Bath products come with a one year limited warranty unless otherwise posted for a particular product.
All Red Apple Bath vessel sink products come with Warranty against cracking and warping as well as maintaining a clear waterproof finish. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain and care for the product; sealing and cleaning. Red Apple Bath will provide instructions on how to care for your natural stone product, these instructions should be followed. Red Apple Bath Warranty does not cover cracking which is a result of thermal change (quick temperature changes from hot to cold and vice versa). Warranty does not extend to items that are physically damaged under abnormal operating conditions as a result of misuse. Red Apple Bath does not extend Warranty on products that are damaged due to improper installation.

Shipping and Damaged Merchandise

Red Apple Bath is not responsible for the time it takes for shipping a product. Additionally, Red Apple Bath is not liable for any inconvenience, monetary loss, penalty or any extra charges that are incurred by our customers if a delivery takes longer then expected. Please inspect your product immediately upon receiving it, if there is a problem with your shipment or your product was damaged during shipping, we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. Unfortunately if any claim is made after this 48 hour time allotment your claim may be denied. Products with manufacturer defects or products damaged during shipping will be fixed or replaced; the customer is responsible for shipping this product back to us in its original packaging. Please do not destroy the boxes or packaging.
